TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Professional Affiliation

Full Hands Organizing, adheres to the professional Code of Ethics as governed by the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals.

Client Confidentiality

Full Hands Organizing will keep all client information, both business and personal, confidential at all times. Full Hands Organizing will continue to preserve client confidentiality after the conclusion of the professional relationship.

Booking Services 

Clients may book additional hands-on organizing sessions by calling/texting 770-530-3939 at a rate of $50 per hour. Sessions are in 4-hour blocks.  Due to travel time, clients who are farther than 15 miles will be scheduled for 6 hours each organizing session, as well as a travel fee.

Organizing Supplies

Clients must reimburse Full Hands Organizing for costs of any organizing supplies or products purchased on their behalf. A personal shopping fee of $50 per hour will apply for time spent purchasing supplies outside of a hands-on session, with a one-hour minimum charge.

Travel Fee

A travel fee will be added to each organizing session based on the following scale.

0-15 miles Free

15-40 miles $50 

over 40 miles $100

 

Payment

Payment is due, in full, at the end of each planning session or organizing session. Full Hands Organizing accepts cash and electronic payment (Zelle, Venmo). Receipts are available upon request.

Donation Policy 

Full Hands Organizing will haul away as much as vehicle will hold at no additional fee. Tax deductible receipts from charities are mailed to the client or brought to the next session, at client request. Items for donation will be taken to My Sister's Resale Boutique in Gainesville, Ga . Itemization and valuation are the responsibility of the client. Hauling services can be arranged at an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule organizing sessions up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. Cancellations made day of scheduled appointment are rescheduled at Organizers discretion, and subject to an additional fee due prior to next scheduled appointment, via electronic payment. 

 

Professional Recommendations

Full Hands Organizing will recommend products and services to fulfill their client’s organizing needs. Full Hands Organizing assumes no liability for product quality or workmanship of any other service professional, vendor, or organization.

Photo Release

Full Hands Organizing uses photography to highlight services. All photos are anonymous.
